Bryan Robinson is a professor at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte and has been a psychotherapist in private practice for the past twenty-five years. He is the author of more than thirty books including Chained to the Desk: A Guidebook for Workaholics and his latest book The Art of Confident Living.
