We’re turning back the hands of time today. This interview goes back to 2003 with special guest Nancy Cooke de Herrera.

Nancy has taught meditation to Lenny Kravitz, Madonna, Sheryl Crow and Paula Abdul.  She was in charge of taking care of John Lennon, Paul McCartney , and George Harrison of the Beatles during their famous trip to India in the 1960s.
